Rallies
The Tri-State Region hosts a number of rallies (competitions) for it's members, both qualifying and non-qualifying (for USPC Championships). Members of other USPC regions are invited to attend our qualifying rallies if we have space. Each rally omnibus lists the Opening Date and Closing Date as well as the Rally Secretary's contact information for clubs to submit their entries. District Commissioners must approve each horse/rider combination for safety prior to a member's acceptance to compete at that rally. Teams are formed and entries are submitted electronically by the District Commissioner.
