The Tri-State Region, also known as the Rainbow Region, website serves 14 member clubs and 2 Riding Centers in the Tri-State Region of the United States Pony Club. The mission of the United States Pony Club is to provide a program for youth that teaches riding, mounted sports, and the care of horses and ponies, thereby developing responsibility, moral judgment, leadership and self-confidence. Along the way, the children, their parents, and the horses and ponies have some serious fun! All clubs have riding programs for boys and girls age 8 to 21, and some have pre-riding programs for younger children.
